Trend Micro OfficeScan Support für Windows 8.1 und Server 2012 R2

Nach dem Patch für WFBS ist nun auch ein Patch für Trend Micro Office Scan 10.6 SP3 erschienen, welcher die neuen Betriebssysteme Windows 8.1 und Windows Server 2008 R2 offiziell unterstützt:

The following enhancements are included in Patch 1:

   ---------------------------------------------------------------------
   Enhancement 1: OfficeScan Client Platform Support -The Behavior 
                  Monitoring module, Network Monitoring Driver, and 
                  Network Filtering Driver have been updated to enable 
                  OfficeScan to support fresh installations of the 
                  Microsoft(TM) Windows(TM) 8.1 and Windows Server 2012 
                  R2 platforms. 

                  Note 1: OfficeScan Client does not support any Windows
                          8.1 and Windows Server 2012 R2 operating 
                          systems that have been upgraded from lower
                          Windows versions.

                  Note 2: OfficeScan server does not support server 
                          installation on Windows Server 2012 R2.

                  Note 3: Internet Explorer 11 does not include in 
                          supported browsers of OfficeScan server 
                          management console.

Leider ist bisher nur ein Patch für die englische Version verfügbar.
